I am very sorry. I did not know until a few minutes ago that Rusty had passed away. He was a true Christian and friend. God bless and comfort the family.

I grew up with Joe and graduated from Terry Sanford with him. I remember his dad being a preacher and I think his mom worked with the school system. He was lively and likeable. Sympathy to his family.
