Death Certificate - Filing for Insurance for Families

1) Will need a copy of Insurance Co policy with Policy # and name of descendant (current if possible).

 Some insurance companies may require a certified copy of a death certificate before payment will be made. The funeral director may add 1 extra death certificate to the contract. If insurance does not require, the family will get the extra D/C. (Pending death certificates are not accepted by insurance companies.)
