Dolores (Natal) Osorio

Dolores Osorio,87, of Fayetteville, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015 .Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother.The matriarch of the family will be missed but never forgotten. 

Mrs. Osorio loved being surrounded by family and friends, loved to host family gatherings, she loved cooking, traveling and most of all gardening.  She cultivated her garden and watched it grow and blossom with roses, plants and fruit trees, in the same manner, that as a widow, she became both mother and father as she raised her 5 children.  Her garden continues to grow, just like her family continues to grow.  One of her joys was to welcome the new additions to the family.  She will be fondly remembered for her smile and witty sense of humor and her never ending love and support. 

She is survived by four daughters, Olga Berrios and husband, Roberto Quinones Sr., Maria L. Berrios, all of Fayetteville, Monica Hyczko and husband, Joseph, of Goldsboro, Blanca Berrios and husband, William Maury, of Deltona, FL; one son, Lucas Berrios, of Goldsboro ; three sisters, Adeline Natal, Perfecta Natal, both of Bajadero, Puerto Rico, and Iren Natal, of Long Island, NY; one brother, Antonio Natal, of New York City, NY;  grandchildren, Agnes Santiago, Roberto Quinones, Jenny Castro, Angie Cumba, Jason Perez, Vincent Maury, Aida Vasquez, Jessica Berrios, Natalie Hyczko-Paashaus, Steven Hyczko, Andrew Hyczko, Michelle Berrios; fifteen great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home chapel . Interment to follow at Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 9 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
