We had the pleasure of knowing Oscar and working with him as well. He was a fair and honest man which says a lot about his character. We consider it an honor to have known him. His legacy will live on in our hearts. Our prayers are with you all.

I was in the building business with Oscar for many years in Fayetteville. I have to say he was one of the most honest man I ever had the pleasure of knowing. Always willing to help others no matter what. I had the up most respect for him..
Proud to have called him a great friend, he will be missed.

We almost shared the same birth day, Oscar was 1 year older than I, We were Raised on Tokay and went to the old long Hill school on Raleigh Road and later worked together at the old Country club. We did not want to live on the farm all our lives and persued other interests.Rest well Oscar.

Went to school with Kenny and MIke Norris. Met Mr. Norris a couple of times and enjoyed talking with him. He was a unique person. This picture of him is wonderful.
