Josephine was a neighbor, school classmate and fellow church member at Second Baptist Church in the Owens Community of Williamsburg County, SC. We attended, and enjoyed, many of the sunday school and church activities as we grew up. We rode the same school bus to and from school. Jo was a friend, and neighbor, at the time. I last saw her in 1983, after the burials of her mom and my dad. Telephone contact was made with Josephine in 2004, but my timing was poor and the conversation cut short. My sincerest sympathy and condolences to her family and friends. May she rest in peace. Laus Deo (praise be to God).

To the families and loved ones of Mrs. Eason, who we know will be dearly missed. Almighty God promised at Revelation 21:4 that he will wipe away all our tears. And death, pain, and sorrow will be no more. So you can take great comfort in drawing close to God in prayer. And he will sustain and help support your families to endure. During these difficult times and in the months to come. My deepest condolences to all of your loved ones.
