Retired SFC Gerald "Jerry" Francis Moore, 77, of Fayetteville passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Moore.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret C. Moore of the home; one son, Dale E. Moore and wife, Sandy of Fayetteville; two daughters, Marsha Herring and husband, Teddy of Linden and Kristine A. McLaughlin of Fayetteville; one brother, Donald Moore of Fayetteville; five granddaughters, Kimberly, Amanda, Jessica, Kelly, and Patricia; one grandson, Dale; and five great grandchildren.
A memorial service with full military honors will be held at 3 pm Monday, May 2, 2016 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm tonight Sunday, May 1, 2016 at the funeral home.
