Theodore J. Rutkowski, II.

Theodore J. Rutkowski, II., age 70, passed away on March 28, 2023.

Theodore was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore G. and Shirley Rutkowski; and brother, Tom Rutkowski. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Nancy Rutkowski of Raeford, NC; sons, Todd Rutkowski and Brian Rutkowski (Dena); brother, Bill Rutkowski of St. Aargusta, Fl; sister, Barbara Gdowik of Mineral, VA; sister, Mary Ladue of Denver, NC; brother, Gary Rutkowski of Temple, TX; sister, Linda Lambertucci of Maryville, TN; grandchildren, Madison Garcia, Christian Bethea, Anaya Bethea, and Alyssa Bethea; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Garcia and Amari Bethea.

Theodore was a US Army Veteran where he proudly served until his retirement in 1993 as a Sergeant First Class.

A memorial service will be held at Freedom Biker Church, 455 Rockhill Rd, Fayetteville, NC, on Saturday, April 15th, 2023, at 1 PM with a potluck afterwards. The family requests everyone to dress casually (no suites).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Smile Train or Lower Cape Fear Hospice.
