Stockton "Stockie" Davis was born March to Dewey, and Evelyn Davis who precede him in death. Stockton passed away in his home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, May 30, 2021.
Stockton had a deep passion for music, and while his song may have ended, his melody lingers on. A true and blue “Man’s Man”, Stockie enjoyed spending his free time outdoors. From hunting, fishing, logging, and gardening, the fresh air was his escape from the world, especially when accompanied by his loving wife, Jennifer. They spent twenty-six years together in a blissful marriage, and their eternity together will continue when they meet again. His greatest joy in life was his family, and especially being a “Pa-Pa”.While life may have to end, love never will and Stockton’s memory is survived by his wonderful, beautiful wife Jennifer; Stepsons, Joshua, and Jayce Jackson; Stepdaughter, Magan Herring; Sisters, Tonia Malamisura, Pamela Sellers and Delta Thompson Brown (Husband Ben) of Bluefield WV; Brothers, Tim, and Terry Bailey; Uncles, Wayne, and Dick Perkins; Aunt, Fran Williamson; and, Nephew, Dean Belt Jr. (Wife Asia.)
"Pa-Pa Stock" is also survived by his two precious grandchildren, Alexcis and Baby Jayce.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 2 PM in the Rogers & Breece Chapel, located at 500 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
