Stephen Ray Street, 79, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew & Virgia Street; his brothers, James & Johnnie Street; and his beloved wife, Linda Graddy Street.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sister, Sara Mclamb & husband Jimmy; his children, Ray Street Jr. & Stephanie Russell with husband William; his two grandchildren, Andy & Lillie Russell; his great granddaughter, Eustella Rose Russell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Stephen loved to fish, collect coins, watch NASCAR, and eating with his family. He especially loved Chick-Fil-A, Chuck Norris, and antique cars and trucks.
Stephen Ray Street was a loving husband, father and grandfather, who will be deeply missed by all.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 13, at Rogers & Breece Funeral Home, for a visitation from 6pm-8pm. A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Thursday, May 14, in the Rogers & Breece Chapel with Reverend Matthew Copple officiating. Following the service, burial will take place at Zoar Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, in Salemburg, NC.
