Shirley (Vnensak) Malzone

Surrounded by family, beloved wife, mom and grammy, Shirley Malzone, passed away at her home on July 5, 2024. She was born in Montville, NJ on July 30, 1949, to George Vnensak, and Delores Bjorling.

Shirley was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose strength and loyalty were unmatched. Her generosity, elegance, and uncommon beauty touched everyone. A gifted interior designer, she skillfully renovated many homes, supporting her husband’s business and bringing their unique vision to life. Shirley was also a wonderful caregiver, providing unwavering support, love, and compassionate care to her family and friends. Her warm presence and hospitality touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Shirley will be forever remembered and cherished by her devoted husband, John; her daughter, Michael Ann and husband, David; three grandchildren, China, Olivia and Jonathan; goddaughter and niece, Randi-Marie; nephew, J.J. and their families.

 A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home at 7 pm on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. The family will receive friends prior the service from 5:45 to 6:45 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Cumberland Community Foundation.
