Regina Maas Manning born on July 5, 1967, in Mainz, Germany, passed away on March 31, 2026. She passed at her home in Fayetteville, NC, after a valiant battle with lung cancer.
Regina is survived by her son-in-law Dylan Freeman and her granddaughter Lily Freeman. She was preceded in death by her son Devin Manning and her daughter Laura Freeman. She had the opportunity to help care for her granddaughter for the last few years, before she became ill. Lily was the love of her life and kept her going, despite her declining health.
Regina was proud of her heritage and enjoyed preparing German meals for her family. She was always happy to find German food items at local stores and online. Regina had a deep love for animals, especially cats. She rescued several of them over the years and gave them a loving home.
Regina’s kindness, gentle nature, and love touched the hearts of many. She will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
