Rachel Russell Hubbard

Rachel Russell Hubbard age 72, born September 15, 1952 passed away on August 2, 2025.

Rachel was preceded in death by her husband Charles Carroll Hubbard Jr., her sister Donna Singletary, her father Rex Wooster Russell, her mother Ruth Ackerman Russell and her brother Larry Russell. Rachel is survived by her daughter, Amanda Hubbard and her grandson Robert Hancock, both of Stedman, NC.

Although many years retired, Rachel truly enjoyed her 27 years as an educator of grades K-3. She greatly impacted her students at Brentwood and Sunnyside Elementary with her knowledge and tremendous kindness. She would say that her greatest accomplishment would be being Amanda's mom.
