Philip Earl Rugg, 75, of Fayetteville passed away on April 19, 2023.
Philip was a man of many talents who never hesitated to help those in need. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
Philip was preceded in death by his daughter, Cheryl Little; parents, Wilburn and Lena Rugg; and his spouse, Nancy Virginia Rugg. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Lisa and Bruce Sobieralski, Michael and Debbie Rugg, Tina Flores, Jennifer and Mike Flynn, Dwayne and Rosie Rugg, Jon and Andrea Rugg, Brian and Jami Rugg, Annette and Nate Thomas, and Katie Oxendine and his 30 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM at Lafayette Memorial Park West on Monday, April 24, 2023.
