Paul Ivey Cheshire

Paul Ivey Cheshire was called to his eternal home on April 23, 2019.

Paul is survived by his wife, Heather Cheshire and their daughter Avalyn Ivey Cheshire.   He is also survived by his father William Howard (Buddy) Cheshire and his mother Sharon Cheshire.

He was preceded in death by his beloved stepmother Jody Cheshire and his brother Phillip Simmons.

Paul loved his family dearly and made his life’s goal to care and provide for them.  He loved his friends and extended family and was there when they needed him; as they loved and cared for him also.

That love and caring has been expressed by so many who have stepped in to show their love, compassion and support for his family.  Words cannot express the deep gratitude that is felt by their presence and love.

Laughter and good times were very important to Paul when with family and friends. When we remember Paul, remember his quippy comments and slick jokes, remember his devotion and love for his family, remember the pride he took in hard work, remember his laugh and his smile, but most of all, remember that he is in the presence of Jesus.

This is not “goodbye” but “see you later.”
