Marshall "M.L." Lloyd Core, Jr.

Marshall "ML" Lloyd Core, Jr., 71, of Stedman passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018.

ML owned and operated Prestige Automotive located on Cool Springs St. in Fayetteville since 1983. He enjoyed listening to Southern Gospel music and was an avid racing fan. 

He was a loving father, son, grandfather, brother, uncle and dearest friend. He will be greatly missed by many.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Almeta P. Autry of Stedman; a grandson, Jordan Alexander Cashwell of Stedman; a granddaughter, Katie Cashwell Roth-Roffy of Stedman; a brother, Steve Core and wife, Brenda of Stedman; special nephews, Alan Core and wife, Tracy of Stedman and Adam Core and wife, Monica of Benson; and a special friend, Sue Bradley and her family of Fayetteville.

ML was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carolyn Core; his daughter, Marsha Core; and his father, Marshall Lloyd Core, Sr.

The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 9 pm, Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Friday, September 28, 2018 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Burkhardt, Rev. Craig Autry and Pastor Tim Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.
