Marianne I. Bennett

Marianne I. Bennett, 61, of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023.

Marianne was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin, and Regina Smith. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Joe Bennett; son, Andrew Smith; brother, Gerald Smith; niece, Kimberly McRae; and nephew, Hans Smith.

Marianne was born on June 2, 1962, in Heidelberg, Germany. Her father served in the US Military in civil service and her mother was a native German. Marianne graduated from Pine Forest High School in 1980, and she worked for Hobgood Jones Real Estate for 12 years.

Visitation will be held at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, November 3, 2023. One on one visits are welcome at any time during business hours.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to any charity drive for animals or cancer research.
