Jeannette Faye Horne

Jeannette Faye Horne, 82, of Fayetteville passed away on October 15, 2024.

Jeannette was preceded in death by her father, Stephen T. Horne, Sr.; mother, Evie Lee Horne, Lois Horne; brothers, Stephen T. Horne, Jr., Alfred Horne, Robert Horne, Sr., and Gary T. Horne, Sr. and sister, Charleen Horne. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Peter G. Rogers, Jr.; daughter, Wendy Rogers; son, Stephen Rogers (Jennifer); grandchildren, Justin Vinson, Abigail Rogers, Sarah Rogers, Chase Rogers, and Bryanna Smith; sister-in-law, Audrey Horne and Lisa Horne and a host of nieces and nephews.

Jeannette was a dedicated mother and granny. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home from 12:45 to 1:45 pm. A funeral service will be held in the Rogers and Breece Chapel at 2 pm with Brother Larry Chason officiating. Burial to follow the service at Lafayette Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Chapel Hill Burn Center in Jeannette’s honor.
