Gloria Jean (Rider) O'Hearn

Gloria Jean O’Hearn, 53, of Fayetteville passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Gloria was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Miller, Jr.; stepfather, Dale Miller, Sr.; and her father, John Rider, Sr. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Duane O’Hearn, Sr.; children, Lauren Arnold, Duane O’Hearn, Jr., Jennifer Higgins, and Kaitlynn Atkinson; mother, Joanne Miller; sister, Susan Ross; brother, John Rider, Jr.; grandchildren, Duane O’Hearn, III., Lucas Atkinson, Ashleigh Hill, Lincoln Atkinson, Dakher O’Hearn, Makenzie Hill; bonus daughter, Rachel Hill and many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Gloria loved spending time with her family, cooking, countless numbers of family camping trips, and above all else spending time collecting seashells at the ocean. She was a very helpful woman who would do anything to help anyone.

A celebration of life service will be held at Living Waters Church,2040 N Bragg Blvd Spring Lake, NC 28390, on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 1pm.
