Glenda McLean Clark

After 92 years on this earth Glenda McLean Clark passed peacefully into the arms of her heavenly Father Monday, September 1, 2025. She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Lee Clark, and her grandchildren Rachel and Daniel Robertson. Glenda was preceded in death by her husband, James Clark, and her daughter Susan Clark Robertson.

Glenda was the daughter of the late Hester and Irma McLean of Gray’s Creek. She is also survived by 2 brothers, Cecil McLean of Fayetteville and Ronald McLean of Norfolk, VA along with 2 sisters, Elizabeth McLean Stevenson, and Sharon McLean Allan of Charlotte. Glenda also enjoyed the love and support of two special nieces, Wanda Hardin Sova and Jennifer McLean Hobbs along with her nieces and nephews in her extended McLean and Clark families.  

Glenda was a lifetime resident of Gray’s Creek Community and member of Sherwood Presbyterian Church. She retired after enjoying a long-term career working with Dr. Robert Willis in Hope Mills.

The funeral will be held Saturday, September 27th, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Sherwood Presbyterian Church 4857 NC Highway 87 South Fayetteville, NC 28306.
