Mrs. Doris D'Lugin Rulnick, 95, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021. She was born in Wilmington, NC to the late Jacob and Eva (Kaminski) D'Lugin.
Doris is survived by her three daughters, Jane MacEntee of Carolina Shores, NC, Lisa Pharr of Charlotte, NC, and Rosalind Howell of Atlanta, GA.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Beth Israel Cemetery in Fayetteville, NC.
