David Ray Nimocks, III

David Ray Nimocks III, 64, of Fayetteville, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, August 17, 2018 in St. John's Episcopal Church with Father Robert Alves officiating. The family will receive friends at the Kyle House after the service.

David was born April 3, 1954, in Fayetteville, N.C., the son of David Ray Nimocks, Jr., and the late Elisabeth Holt Burns. A native of Fayetteville, he graduated from Terry Sanford High School in the Class of 1972 and from North Carolina State University in 1976.

David worked for the Terminix Company of North Carolina and was its President for a number of years. He founded Ensystex Inc. in 1994 and served as President and then Chairman for the last twenty-four years. He was also the Chairman of Relyus Direct Mail Solutions. David was appointed to the Board of Trustees of North Carolina State University in 2017.

He married Jayne Lynne Callahan on July 16, 1977.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Jayne Lynne and sons, David Ray Nimocks IV (Amanda Lee), Joshua Graham Nimocks (Mary Frances Syfan), Tyler Callahan Nimocks (Amanda Upshaw); and six grandchildren, all of Fayetteville. He is also survived by his father, David Ray Nimocks, Jr.; and sisters, Mary Flagg Nimocks Haugh, Elisabeth Holt Gooch and Lalla Nimocks Harley.
