Darlene Robertson Davis

Darlene Robertson Davis, 88 years old, of Hope Mills, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 69 years, Howard Davis, who passed just seven weeks earlier, and her son, Howard B. Davis Jr. (Buddy).

Darlene’s memory will be cherished by her children, Terry, Jan, and Tammy; her grandchildren, Kevin, Jen, Morgan, Sierra, and Juniper; and her great-grandchildren, Evan, Trent, Kyler, and Kaylyn.

A proud matriarch, Darlene brought love and joy to her family. She found happiness in traveling, gambling, cooking, shopping, collecting treasures, and dancing. Known as the family diva, Darlene had a passion for music that matched her vibrant personality.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home, where visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. A graveside service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, officiated by Brother Larry Chason.

Darlene’s legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
