Daniel Louis Diehm Obituary

Born March 2, 1947 in Alma, Michigan, SFC (Retired) Daniel L. Diehm went home to be with his Lord October 29, 2020.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cindy; his son, Danny Diehm (Ashley); his daughters, Tina Smith, Amanda Brady, Laura Foy (Chris), and Linsey Tripp (Alex); 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Joan Salisbury; sister, Geri Emery (Bill); brothers, Ed Salisbury and Jay Salisbury (Rhonda), Joe Salisbury and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas and Inez (Sheet) Diehm; father-in-law, Ralph Salisbury; brothers, Keith Diehm, Jack and John Salisbury, and son-in-law, Robert Brady.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Monday, November 2, 2020 in Rogers & Breece Chapel with Chaplain Tim Gore officiating. Burial will be held at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery with military honors at 2 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
