Obituary
Dale Armstrong Hay went to meet the Lord on Sunday, September 2, 2023, at her home in Stedman surrounded by her family.
Dale was preceded in death by her parents, Hedrick, and Mary Lee Armstrong; husband, James Hay; Son, James Kornegay; daughter, Lisa Kornegay; brother, Hedrick Armstong and sister, Dixie Steel. Mrs. Hay is survived by her son, Khris Kornegay and daughter, Lynn Dennis; sister, Louine Woodham and brother, William Palmer Armstrong; grandchildren, Misty Gilder, Crystal Mayfield, Kristen Kornegay, Julia Bridge, Cory Edwards; great grandchildren, Valerie Scott, Noah Maruhn, Eli Gilder, Joseph Freeman, Able Edwards and caregiver, Tina Murphy.
Dale loved the Lord and her family. She will be deeply missed.
A Graveside Service will be held at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 10 AM with Pastor Gordan Bradford, Jr. officiating.
