Cecil Wayne Marsh

Cecil Wayne Marsh, 74, passed away on October 16, 2025.

Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Earl Marsh and Annie Hall, and his children, Pamela Marsh, B.J. Blankenship, and Crystal Blankenship.

He is survived by his daughter, Christine Littmath (Scott Littmath); siblings, Patricia Breeden, Anita Kidd, and Donald Marsh; grandchildren, Jakob Matney and Kaleb Matney; and great-grandchild, Ella Grace Matney. He is also survived by his stepchild, Wayne Blankenship.

Cecil proudly served his country in the United States Army. After his service, he spent many years farming before moving to North Carolina to be closer to his family. He had a deep love for bluegrass music and cherished every moment spent with those he loved.

Cecil will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.
