Brenda Panter Obituary

Brenda Kay Panter, 79, of Fayetteville returned home Monday morning, October 4th, 2021.

Brenda was a loving wife, sister, and mother of four children, and grandmother to six grandchildren. She was born and raised in Lynchburg, VA but later moved to Fayetteville, NC after her marriage to John C Panter Jr. She worked for many years with wonderful people and retired from Fayetteville Technical Community College.

Brenda was preceded in death by her husband John C Panter Jr; and her sisters Bonnie Gregory and Mary Collins. She is survived by her daughter Jessica Barron of Centerville, VA; daughter Sian Panter of Wade, NC; daughter Mary Jones of Clinton, NC; and son Josh Panter of Fayetteville, NC; sisters Ann Miller, Mickey Johnson, and Martha Shelton; and grandchildren Rebecca Panter, John Jones, Ellen Jones, Kathleen Barron, Frances Barron, and Margaret Barron.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 7th, 2021 at 11am at St. Ann’s Church in Fayetteville, NC. A funeral Mass will be held at 11:30am with a burial service to follow at Cross Creek Cemetery. Flowers can be received at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home.
