Beatie Wilson Goldner of Fayetteville, 84, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 18, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Garland Charles (G.C.) and Ruby Sink Wilson.
She is survived by two sons, Jeff and wife, Denise of Longs, SC and Brian and wife, Gabriela of Holly Springs, NC; 5 grandchildren, Katie, Lauren, Cameron, Kayla and Kenzie; and great-grandson, Asher.
Beatie attended Snyder Memorial Baptist Church for over 40 years and was active in Sunday School, Women’s Missionary Union, Fairy Godmothers, and several other church ministries. She retired as a librarian of Cumberland County Schools. Beatie was an avid crafter and held booths at the Holly Day Fair for several years. She enjoyed gardening and floral arranging, serving multiple positions in a local garden club “Dig and Dream” for 51 years.
A celebration of life will be held in the chapel at Snyder Memorial Baptist Church at 3 PM on Thursday, February 22, 2024, with Rev. Sandy Saunders officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at Snyder at 2 PM.
