Army Retired CW2 Carol “C.W.” Fullard

Army Retired CW2 Carol “C.W.” Fullard, 80 years old, passed away on November 16, 2023.

C.W. was preceded in death by his parents, George Lester Fullard and Maude Lee Pittman Fullard; brothers, Charles Fullard and Virgil Fullard; and his sister, Hazel Fullard.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Judy Fullard; son, Michael Fullard; daughter, Renee Fullard Duggan; grandchildren, Corey Fullard and Melissa Fullard; sister, Evelyn Music Heintz and spouse, Ted Heintz; brother-in-law, Bobby Simpson and a host of nieces and nephews.

C.W. touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home from 2 to 2:45 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at 3 PM in the chapel with Reverend Archie Barringer officiating. Burial will be held at Cumberland Memorial Gardens at a later date.
