Anthony Franklin Edge, age 53, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving wife and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jean Locklear; his brother, Tracy Edge; his grandson, Cameron Carr; his son, Trey Locklear; as well as his father- and mother-in-law.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Vonda Edge; his daughters, Carlee Edge Locklear, Sequia Locklear, and Alli Locklear; his son, M.J. Locklear; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Carlee, Roselyn, Kade, A.J., Cali-Kaye, Carter, and Cruz. He also leaves behind his stepfather, Wayne Locklear; his brother, James Edge (Terri Edge); his special brothers Daniel Moore, Zander, Michael, and Cheetah; his sister-in-law, Karen Woods; his brother-in-law, Gene Woods; his nieces and nephews, Austun Edge, Julius, Shawn, Shawn-Ayianna, Angelina, Jaylen-Wyatt, and Bryson-Marlee; along with his special friends, Jim, Cat Frankie, and Terrie. The All Star Boys.
Tony will be deeply missed by all who loved and cared for him, but his memory will forever live in the hearts of his family and friends. Tony will be remembered as a man with a big heart and an even bigger laugh.
Tony’s legacy is not only the family he cherished, but also the countless moments of joy, laughter, and love he gave to all who were blessed to know him.
He will always be his wife’s hero!
