Mr. Ronald D. Todd, 66, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Duke University Hospital in Durham.
After graduating from 71st High School, Ronald began a lifetime adventure as a free spirited, loving man who was comfortable with people from all walks of life.
From his teens on he served as a fireman for many years, was an incredible artist in his craftsmanship, an amazing musician, and a mountain man living off the grid. He hosted a radio show for Fayetteville State University, and taught English in Seoul, Korea.
Most importantly Ronald was a true and devoted man to his family and friends. His spirit of adventure is the legacy he leaves behind.
Ronald is survived by his son, Dakoda Kellogg and wife, Maddie of Fayetteville; mother, Susan “Dolores” Todd Adame and stepfather, Rey T. Adame of N. Myrtle Beach, SC; two brothers, Hubert Lee Todd, Jr. and wife, Toni of Conway, SC and Michael D. Todd and wife, Susan of Fayetteville; two grandchildren, Ciera Dickerson of Fayetteville and Lukas Horton of Rockingham; several nieces and nephews, and his special friend, Peggy Mitchell. Ronald was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Lee Todd.
