I just heard about Mr Leonard's passing. I know he his greatly missed. I really think the world of yall and think of you a lot. The McDonald's family taught me a lot about love and relationships and it was truly a blessing to have been able to have Leonard and yourself to be a big part of the beginning of my career. I just want to tell you thank you and I really do appreciate the both of you (and Lisa too)
May God continue to bring many blessings upon your family.

Elaine,
We are all saddened by Leonard's passing. He was such a grand person. His personality filled the room. His sunny disposition was uplifting. His good humor cheered everyone. He leaves a big void.
Know that you are loved and in our thoughts.

It is with my deepest sympathy that I express to the whole family of E.I's passing . I'm sorry for the loss to everyone who had the honor of knowing him . He was the most peaceful soul I've ever met and helped more people than anyone I've ever met . I'm deeply saddened by the news , but I know he is in a better place with his family and friends that passed before him . I know he will soar in Heaven as he do on Earth with the wing span of a Bald Eagle . we all gained another Angel . He was a very special man in my life . I will carry him always in my heart and veins . Elaine , Lisa and the rest of the family I'm so sorry . Love and hugs to all of you .

Elaine, my memories of you and Leonard and our years together at McDonald's are such happy ones. Working with him at ROAB meetings were always fun times! He had an infectious smile and great personality that I always loved! I know you guys have had an amazing life together. What memories you have to cherish! I have always kept up through the years with all of my old friends from Mickey D days! A special part of my life with amazing people like you guys! Take care of yourself.

Dear Elaine, Lisa and the rest of the Saleeby family. I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Though I only had the pleasure of working with Leonard for a short time, he did touch my life and heart.
Leonard truly exemplified the meaning and spirit of life. He loved his family, his work and his play time. He was a very kind and caring, gentle giant, a role model to all.
He was an angel here on earth and while he will be missed by all, he truly has imparted his being on all he touched. A part of Leonard lives on in all of us.
God bless you all,
Colleen Casey

Elaine, Lisa and family. My heart is broken yet full of love for everything Leonard meant to me. I think you know the difference all of you have made in my life. And it's momentous. I will remember the last bear hug I got from him at dinner last Fall with your families and John Parkers. So sorry I can't make it down from Ohio tomorrow but I will be there in spirit. Love to you all and thank you for all of your love back. Love you forever, Leonard.

Elaine, Lisa and Family,

I am so sorry to hear about Leonard. What a loss......I can't imagine the Raleigh Region without him. His (and your) leadership and friendship meant so much to me. He showed us all how to disagree without being disagreeable and how to lead from a position of empathy and compassion. I've missed and thought of you all over the years. I have reasons to be in the DFW airport regularly and every time I'm there I think of how he and I almost missed our flight back from Mexico (talking McDonald's, of course, and not realizing our gate had changed) and how we ran for the train...Leonard not at all happy about the running. Even typing this memory makes me smile. My thoughts are with you all in this sad and horribly lonely time. Much love. Claire

I didn't know Mr. Saleeby well, however the few times we had spoken and the little time we spent together, I found a man who loved his family so very dearly and loved to travel! I wanted to hear all his stories, and where he had just travelled to. Everytime I'd see him he had the biggest smile on his face and he had one of the biggest most sincere laughs I have ever heard...there was never a time that he didn't have me smiling for days about something he had said. Thank you Mr. Saleeby for making our moments spent with you so bright!

Our world is a little less bright. Eli, our friend, our partner, our family passed away.
He leaves behind a loving family, lots and lots of cousins and friends that number the stars in the sky. He also leaves us with memories: "Exciting boat trips", Wet, Lorrie Morgan Show", Who knew the Cooper Clinic could be fun", "How to travel the right way with cigars, expresso, breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping", Breaking chairs with laughter and a roll", Dancing: The Butterfly Dance, the Chicken Dance and of course the Shag",
The most generous of men with the kindest heart leaves us better for having known him. Thank you for loving us and filling our lives with such happiness and joy. We will keep you safe in our hearts. Love you Elaine and family

To the families and loved ones of Mr. Saleeby, who we know will be dearly missed. Almighty God promised at Revelation 21:4 that he will wipe away all our tears. And death, pain, and sorrow will be no more. So you can take great comfort in drawing close to God in prayer. And he will sustain and help support your families to endure. During these difficult times and in the months to come. My deepest condolences to all of your loved ones.

Elaine, Lisa and family,

I'm so very sorry to hear of the passing of Leonard. I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for you in your Fayetteville McDonalds office just out of college. I'll never forget the chance you gave me to gain experience in the accounting field. I loved Leonard dearly. Both you Elaine and Leonard played a big part in my life that I will always cherish. My husband and I got engaged to be married in your Cherry Grove condo 22 years ago. A memory we will always have thanks to your and Leonard generosity. Leonard told me when I showed him my engagement ring that I would have to work hard to make it last but it was worth it. I knew he was thinking of his own beautiful bride when he gave me those words of wisdom.
I'll be praying for all of you at this time.
