Elbert Fisher Obituary

Elbert Lee Fisher, 92, of Fayetteville passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Fisher of the home; a daughter, Linda Fisher of Fayetteville; a son, Edward Fisher and wife Janet of St. Pauls; a brother, Cary Fisher of Newport News, Va.; and five grandchildren.

Mr. Fisher was a member of the Masonic Temple and a veteran of the US Navy. He served in WWII and the Korean War.

A funeral service with military honors will be held at 1 pm Saturday, June 16, 2018 in Campground United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 pm (noon) to 1 pm prior to the service at the church.
