Effie "Doll" Jane (Davis) Bill

Mrs. Effie Jane "Doll" Bill, 92 of Hope Mills passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Warnest "Dock" Bill; her parents, Ira Laney and Dora Rouse Davis; brothers, Arthur Davis, Carl Davis, Howard Davis, and Earl Davis; and sisters, Esther Brantley and Myrtle Tew.

Left to cherish her memory is a sister, Dorothy Blackard of Pinehurst; a special nephew James Bill and wife, Anita of Hope Mills; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm Thursday, November 30, 2017 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bruce Suggs officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 6 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
