Carolyn Pollard Obituary
Mrs. Carolyn Lee Pollard, 73, of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018.
Carolyn would start talking to whoever was standing next to her and within a few minutes they would be considered best friends.
Carolyn was an avid softball player for many years and was a home run hitter. She was a member of the LaGrange Community Watch Board and a Blue Star Mom Member.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Pollard of the home; a daughter, Tammy Blizzard and husband, Stephen of Newport; a son, Roger Pollard and wife, Colleen of Fayetteville; and four grandchildren, Meghan Blizzard, Grace Blizzard, Drew Pollard and Kyle Pollard.
Carol had a smile and laugh that would light up a room and she will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Friday, September 21, 2018 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Archie Barringer officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
