Brian Norton Obituary

Brian “Little Chad” Norton, 38, of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wayne Norton; his grandparents, Inez Stankwytch, Stafford Stankwytch and Mary L. Stankwytch; and an uncle, Joseph Michael Stankwytch.

Left to cherish his memories are his Mom and Dad, Debbie and Bill Gruenhagen of Lumber Bridge; his sister, Nikki Norton; his aunt and uncle, Tina and Andy Stankwytch; cousins, Drew Stankwytch and Erica Baily and her husband, Bryan (their children, Luke Elijah and Lila); many friends and all his loving family in Lumberton. Chad also left behind his beloved dog, Bobo.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm Wednesday, March 6, 2019 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Archie Barringer officiating. Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC. The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home.

“Little Chad” was a selfless person and his concern for others is an example to live by. He will be greatly missed by so many.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
