Anne Q. Alford, 73, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.
She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, James Alford, Jr.; one daughter Tashia Alford; two sons, Demetrius Coleman (wife Charlene) and Terron McAllister; her daughter-in-law Holly Harron; eight grandchildren, Morgan and Ashley Harron, Bethzaheley Alford, Hasany Raya, Zykea McAllister, D’Andera McAllister, Shy-Shay (husband Darius), and Quan Black (wife Shannon); her two brothers, Art Harron (wife Judy) and Brian Harron (wife Hallie); her best friend, Pat Clark; her god daughter, Donna Martinez and her mother, Liz.
Anne was preceded in death by her son, Richard Harron and her parents, Arthur and Martha Harron.
She was born on January 22, 1946, in Winchester. MA. and worked as an Executive Administrator for many years at Mt. Sinai. Anne and her husband attended church regularly and were members of Main Post Chapel. Anne will be dearly missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
Her service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, in Rogers and Breece Chapel with Pastor Ronald Alford officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 to 12:45 p.m. also at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Lafayette Memorial Park.
After the service, burial and repass on Wednesday, the family will receive friends at 312 Post Avenue, Fayetteville, NC.
