Samantha Austine Moody

Samantha Austine Moody, 26, of Volusia, Fla. formerly of St. Pauls passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017.

She is survived by her mother, Teresa H. Odegaard (Steven) of St. Pauls; father, Thomas M. Moody, Jr. of Daytona Beach, Fla.; a daughter, Peighton Baumann of St. Pauls; a sister, Amber Nicole Prevatte (Roxie) of Lumberton; brothers, Alexander Moody (Ashley) of Fayetteville, Ronald Sholly, Jr. (Melissa) of Fayetteville, Hunter White of St. Pauls and Dakota Odegaard of St. Pauls; maternal grandparents, Austine Phillips of Fayetteville, Lloyd Tatum of Elizabethtown and George and Kay Hechinger of Ohio; paternal grandfather, Thomas Moody, Sr. (Susan) of Florida; grandparents, Kenny and Karen Long of Fayetteville; and a niece and a host of nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Sunday, November 5, 2017 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russell Kinlaw officiating.  Burial will follow in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery.
