Mrs. Hawks and family,
It was truly a pleasure to have had the opportunity to get to know Mr. Hawks and his family. I will never forget those beautiful blue eyes and his smile (that would light up the room). If ever I hear a song by Hank Williams, just know that Mr. Hawks, along with his singing and dancing, will always be on my mind. Thank you all for sharing Mr. Hawks with us. Mr. Hawks was truly blessed with the best family and support system there is. My prayers for you all are for peace and comfort, this day and all days to come. It has truly been a blessing and a honor.

Freda, Cheryl and family,
Chris and I would like to express our deepest sympathy on the passing of Gene. Being so far away in the past couple of decades hadn't lesson our joy, respect and fondness of having Gene in our lives, especially Chris as he holds great memories thru the years. I will hold a special place as he welcomed me into that branch of Chris family with laughter and good stories. I especially enjoyed our trip to Kerr Lake great weekend for Chris and I a good memory.
