Renate (Herbst) Wilson

Renate Jackson, 73, of Fayetteville passed away Wednesday March 25, 2015.

Mrs. Jackson is survived by six children, Jutta Berszelis of Norfolk, VA, Monika Ringler and husband, Ivan of Albemarle, Helga Gaecklein of Raeford, Steve Jackson and wife, Melva of Stedman, Christine Taliafero of Fayetteville, and Michael Jackson and wife, Jennifer of Concord; two brothers, Peter Herbst and Horst Herbst both of Germany; one sister, Hanelore Schmidt of Germany; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 2 PM with the Rev. Archie Barringer officiating.  Interment will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends tonight from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
