Petra Best Daniels

Petra Best Daniels, 50, of Fayetteville, passed away  Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley. Born in Cumberland Co., she was the daughter of Judy Griffin and the late Warren D. Best, Jr.

Petra was a graduate of Douglas Byrd High School. She was a loving, caring, sweet person who worked in finance while living in Fayetteville and was a security supervisor for ADT while residing in Florida. She loved all animals, especially dogs and in her spare time enjoyed bird watching.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Judy and Pat Griffin of  Fayetteville; a brother, Warren D. Best, III of Hope Mills and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins residing in Germany.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, August 27, 2015 in the Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Archie Barringer, officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-10:45 am prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Cumberland Co. SPCA.
