Leroy Rouse, Jr.

Mr. Leroy Rouse, Jr., 69, of Fayetteville passed away on Wednesday November  25, 2015.  

Leroy enjoyed cooking and loved to sit on his front porch and rock the day away; but his passion in life was fishing.  He enjoyed siting in his boat with a drink in one hand and his  fishing pole in the other.

He is survived by his daughters, Karen Nalls of Lumber Bridge and Tina Henson of Raeford; two grandchildren, Amber Yahle of Parrish, Fla. and Brittany Almond of Grays Creek; one great grandchild, Lorelei Almond of Grays Creek; one brother, Donald Ray Rouse; one sister, Mary Ellen Kizer; extended family members, Sherri Barker Cannady of Lexington, NC Lisa Barker Carnacchi of Webberville, MI and Jake LaGalle of Fayetteville;  special neighbors, Tim, Debi, Cameron and Lauren Hammond; and his beloved  labrador retriever,  Buddy.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Sun. Nov. 29, 2015 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel. The interment will follow at Stedman Church of God of Prophecy. The family will receive friends from 12:45 - 1:45 pm at the funeral home.
