Kristina Lynn Lewis

Ms. Kristina Lynn Lewis, 46 of Fayetteville passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.

She is survived by her mother, Kathryn Allnutt of the home; step-father, Dwight Allnutt of the home; a sister, D'Anna Noyes and husband, Michael of Fayetteville; paternal grandparents, Russell and Mary Allnutt of Potomac, Md.; and a special cousin, James Edward Burdette of Frederick, Md.

The family will receive friends from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday, August 7, 2017 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date in Resthaven Cemetery Frederick, Md.

The family requests donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
