Juanita Gunter Thomas

Mrs. Juanita Gunter Thomas, 87, of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander H. Thomas and son, Gary A. Thomas.

She is survived by her sons, Carroll Thomas and wife, Beverly of Fayetteville and Jeffrey S. Thomas of Fayetteville; daughter, Marsha Thomas Grindstaff and husband, John of Johnson City, TN; a sister, Coreen McNeil of Cameron; six grandchildren, Amy Thomas, Patrick Thomas, Lora Crook, Courtney Lardie, Wesley Thomas, and Hampton Grindstaff; three great grandchildren, Emily Lardie, Hannah Lardie, and Gavin Alexander Thomas; and her caregivers, Helen Fellows and Shirley Bullard.

A funeral service will be held at 10 am Tuesday, July 26, 2016 in Trinity United Methodist Church with Pastor Sarah Pitts officiating. Burial will follow in Cameron Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday, July 25, 2016 at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home.
