My deepest sorrow at your loss and greatest joy at heaven's gain. Brad - I have so many fond memories of your mom. I remember being called inside your house after swinging on your huge back yard tree swing to have PBJ's and milk - we must have been 4 or 5 years old. I have vivid images of Mrs. Hurley swinging her tennis racket at the Holiday Swim Club and ribbing my dad in her sassy way when she won the match! I picture her cheering on your games - from Little League to High School Football! She was a no nonsense mother of boys who cherished the two of you beyond measure. Through the joys of social media over the last years, I've watched from afar as her love for her boys grew exponentially to adore all of her grandchildren. The photos posted are a beautiful picture of joy, pride and love for her family. I pray you all rest in the comfort and peace that only the Father can give and the hope, as Christians, that you will be celebrating with her in heaven for all eternity. God bless!
