Mrs. Jacqueline Denise Carter, 57, of Fayetteville passed away on Sunday,December 3, 2017.

She was born to Ray H. Carter and Jerelene J. Carter in Fayetteville.  Jackie was a graduate of E.E. Smith High School and attended Fayetteville State University and married Robert L. Robinson.

She was a professional business woman, a realtor with Jackie Carter Real Estate and an Independent Associate and Executive Director with Legal Shield and Identity Theft Coverage.  She participated in many organizations including the Fayetteville Business League and the Chamber of Commerce.

Jackie enjoyed playing tennis, softball and golf where she won many medals from championship tournaments.  She enjoyed dancing especially swing and line dancing and she enjoyed exercising too.  She loved socializing and hanging out with friends.  Jackie was fond of traveling the world and experiencing new adventures.  

She is survived by her husband, Robert Robinson of the home; mother, Jerelene Carter of Fayetteville and her father, Ray H. Carter and wife, Donna of St. Pauls. Jackie was "Auntie Mom" to Rayshad J. Carter of Fayetteville and Raevyne S. Carter of Greensboro.  She is also survived by her sisters, Miranda Carter of Fayetteville, Myshea Brown of Charlotte, Deonca Oliver of Charlotte, Stephanie Davis of Fayetteville, Crystal Hairston of South Carolina and Alex Hairston of New York, NY and ; brothers, Stacy Cole of Florida and Derrick Brooks of Washington, D.C.; special niece, Samiyah Griffin of Charlotte; special nephews, Demaurius Dunlap, Leonard McLamb of Inglewood, Cali., Darrius Jones of Fayetteville and "TeeJay" Zechariah Williams; and numerous great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives who she adored

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm Saturday, December 16, 2017 in Hood Memorial AME Zion Church.  The family will receive friends from 11:45 am to 12:45 prior to the service at the church.
