Henry Mert Porter, Sr.

Mr. Henry Mert Porter, Sr., 66, of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016.

He is survived by his wife Marlene Porter of the home; his children, Henry M. Porter, Jr. and Linda Carol Campbell, both of Fayetteville; sisters, Madeline Wood of Hope Mills, Janice Ayers of Greer, S.C., Faye Sessoms of Roseboro, and Sylvia Roland of Georgia; four grandchildren, Jacob, Cheyenne, Devon, and Sara.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am, Friday, March 25, 2016 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Mike Garrett officiating. Interment will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10-10:45 am prior to the service at the funeral home.
