George Ottis Hudson

Mr. George Ottis Hudson, 81, of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018.

He was a veteran of the US Air Force, a Master Mason and member of the Phoenix Lodge #8 and a member of Village Baptist Church for 25 years.  Mr. Hudson was a sales agent with Woodman of the World Life Insurance and was recognized for his achievements in sales throughout his 30 years of dedicated service. 

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 56 years, Nell M. Hudson; a daughter, Sherry Whiteley, a brother, Larry Hudson; sister, Ina Jean Tipton; brother in law, Steve Mosley; sister in law, Jackie Culbreth; two grandchildren, Eva Marie Hartman and Luke Dorman; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Friday, February 9, 2018 in Rogers and Breece Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
