Elliott Gordon Hooker

Elliott Gordon Hooker, 30, of Salisbury passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 in international waters off the coast of the Bahamas.

Elliott served in the US Navy. He loved producing and making music. His favorite place other than home was the beach. Elliott loved his family and his best friend was his cat, Wally. He just wanted everyone to have a good time. He was loved and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his beloved PopPop, Troy L. Hooker.

He is survived by his parents, Arthur C. Hooker, Sr. and Patti M. Hooker of Fayetteville; a brother, Arthur Charles Hooker, Jr. of Charlotte; grandmother, Ruth "DeeDee" Gordon Hooker of Fayetteville; aunts, Ann Hooker Culbreth and husband, George of Rockfish and Terri Miller Sipes and husband, Ronnie of Statesville; numerous cousins and extended family and of course his beloved cat, Wally.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in First Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army 220 E. Russell St. Fayetteville, NC 28301 or a charity of your choice in his memory.
