Doris Townsend Hoffman

Mrs. Doris Townsend Hoffman, 86, of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis L. Hoffman, Jr. and a daughter, Kimberly Thrine.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Jeffrey Hoffman and wife, Melody of Bear Creek; four daughters, Melody Godfrey of Hope Valley, R.I., Kristen Roberts of Pawcatuck, Conn., Tina Cayer of Brockton, Mass. and Amy Engle and husband, Marc of Sumter, S.C.; a brother, Harold Morton of Fayetteville; and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 12 pm (noon) at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery with Rev. Scott Walker officiating.
