Deloris Clifton (Brown) Winslow

Mrs. Deloris Clifton Winslow, 75, of Linden passed away on Friday November 13, 2015.  She was born in Harnett County, NC on February 23, 1940 to Lewis Brown and Ruth Watkins Brown.  She is preceded in death by and her parents, and a brother, Phillip Brown.

She is survived by her husband, Dolan Winslow of the home; sons, Craig Clifton of Linden, and Todd Clifton and wife, Lisa of Garner; daughter, Ruth Clifton Emerick and husband, Duane of Lexington, VA; step-sons, David Winslow and wife, Daphne and Mark Winslow all of Fayetteville; step-daughters, Denise Golder of Grasonville, MD and Kathleen Templeton and husband, David of Chapel Hill; a brother, Gary Brown of Anderson Creek; 15 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Tues. Nov. 17, 2015 at Northwood Temple. Interment to follow at Lafayette Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-1:45 pm prior to the service at the church.
